Here are the top 10 PACs spending money on Florida state-level politics during the 2020 election cycle, as of the most recently available data:
The Republican Party of Florida holds the top spot on the list of PACs in Florida, reporting $17,932,281 in contributions. The Republican Party of Florida supports Republican candidates up and down the ballot in Florida.
The Florida Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee follows the state party’s organization on this list, reporting $16,495,608 in contributions. The Florida Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee’s primary goal has been to elect Republicans to Florida’s State Senate.
Keep Our Constitution Clean PC is next up on the list of the top 10 PACs in Florida, with $9,010,147 in contributions reported. This organization’s primary function is to support Florida Amendment 4 in the 2020 election, which would change the way constitutional amendments are added to the Florida Constitution. Under the proposal supported by Keep Our Constitution Clean PC, constitutional amendments would require approval in two separate elections to become effective.
Make It Legal Florida holds a place among the top PACs in the state with $8,369,093 in contributions. Make It Legal Florida’s primary goal is to support a proposed constitutional amendment to allow “adults 21 years or older to possess, use, purchase, display, and transport up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana and marijuana accessories for personal use for any reason.” The amendment may appear on the 2022 ballot, according to Ballotpedia.org.
Florida Citizen Voters is also supporting a constitutional amendment in the 2020 election cycle in Florida, reporting $8,294,553 in contributions. Florida Citizen Voters’ primary goal is to support Florida Amendment 1, which would change wording in the Florida Constitution to state, “only a citizen” of the United States can vote in Florida.

The Realtors Political Advocacy Committee is next up on the list of Florida PACs with $6,258,931. This group’s primary goal is to support candidates recommended by realtors in Florida. The group is currently supporting a group of state legislative candidates for the 2020 election cycle.
All Voters Vote, Inc. is next up on the list of the top 10 PACs with $6,140,171 in contributions. All Voters Vote, Inc. is supporting Florida Amendment 3 on the 2020 ballot in Florida, which would allow all registered voters in Florida to vote in a single primary featuring all candidates from every party, regardless of party affiliation, with the top two candidates in the primary advancing to the general election.
Citizens for Energy Choices takes the next spot on the top 10 PACs list with $4,875,270 in contributions. Citizens for Energy Choices was supporting a constitutional amendment initiative to declare wholesale and retail electricity markets as “fully competitive.” The item will not be on the 2020 ballot.
