In Florida, Florida Voters in Charge has raised more than any other non-candidate political action committee (PAC) in the 2022 election cycle so far. According to the most recent campaign finance reports filed with the Florida Department of State, Florida Voters in Charge raised $75.56 million and spent $73.84 million between Jan. 1, 2021 and Feb. 28, 2022. 

In Florida politics, non-candidate political action committees (PACs) have received $393.6 million in total donations between January 1, 2021, and February 28, 2022. The top 10 PACs raised more than $234.8 million, or 60 percent of all donations made to state-level PACs.

The stakes were particularly high for the 2020 elections, and not just for the presidency. At the state-level, some of the most closely watched races were Democratic efforts to flip swing state legislatures blue and take control of the upcoming redistricting process.
